PURON® MP for Water Treatment

Puron® MP uses the Puron® single end membrane technology, leaving an open pathway for the removal of solids from the module. This gives the membrane the ability to deal with high turbidity water that the industry has been dreaming about for decades. Sustainable flux can be higher than other membrane systems, particularly on higher turbidity water.

PURON® HF Submerged Hollow Fiber for Water & Wastewater Treatment

An evolution of the PURON® MBR modules, the PURON® HF series is ideal for tertiary applications including RO pre-treatment and surface water treatment. With system recoveries of more than 95%, the PURON® HF produces consistent, high-quality effluent that meets or exceeds most regulatory requirements.

This hollow-fiber product is a high throughput, compact wastewater solution with a low lifecycle cost. It features 44% more membrane area than the PURON® MBR module within the same dimensions and supported fibers that virtually eliminate breakage.

PULSION® MBR Low Energy Submerged Membranes

Kovalus’ latest development in MBR technology. Pulsion® provides the lowest energy consumption of any product on the market, and combined with higher sustainable flux and compact design provides a small footprint, low tank costs and low auxiliary equipment costs. Like the Puron® PSH, the fibres are potted only at one end and each fibre is individually sealed at the other end. This reduces the possibility of sludge being able to collect within the bundle.

FEG-Plus Specialty Membranes

These 1” diameter ultrafiltration membrane tubes serve in the most difficult applications, easily managing high-suspended solids without plugging. Their robust design and construction as well as their wide pH and temperature range make them one of the most successful filtration products in the industrial market. Available in neutral or negatively charged PVDF chemistries, they offer excellent chemical resistance, high flux and easy cleaning in applications such as oily wastewater treatment, colloidal silica and kaolin clay or latex concentration, ink and pigment processing, and metal finishing separations.
